What happens when you place your order?

First of all, be on a lookout for a confirmation email (it is definitely coming, so kindly check all your inbox folders if you do not see it). This email also means that your entered has found its way into our system and it is now on the dispatch pile - it usually takes us 1-2 days to process it, pack it and hand over to transit.

Our packages usually spend 5-7 days in transit, depending on weather, your location and other circumstances. Once dispatched, you will receive one more confirmation email, this time with your tracking code.

Cancellations

We accept cancellations at any point before dispatch. Just reach out to info@house-offashion.com (please always use email for these purposes), let us know your order number and we'll handle the rest.

If the order is already en route, you may still return it of  course - but you will have to pay for return shipping costs unfortunately.

Delayed orders

Generally you should have your order after 9 days at most (2 for handling, 7 for transit). In case of a delayed package, from our experience please allow for at least 3 additional days over the maximum period - most packages are simply only a little late.

If it is still nowhere to be seen, let us know at info@house-offashion.com and we'll get right on it.

Is something wrong?

This section explains what you should do if you get a damaged or a wrong item (wrong size for example).

First of all, we apologize! Please take photos of the items in questions and contact our dedicated support team at info@house-offashion.com. Attach your order number as well, and do all of this within 24 hours of receiving your items.

We know this sucks, so these requests are high on our priority list and we'll find a suitable solution for you.
